- Access Control: Only the therapist and relevant administrative staff (if any) have access to your data, and only when needed.
- Confidential Communication: All online form submissions and digital communications are handled using secure, privacy-conscious platforms.
- Limited Disclosure: Information is never shared with third parties unless:
- Required by law or a court order, or
- There is a serious risk of harm to you or others (in line with safeguarding obligations).
- Right to Access: You have the right to request access to your personal data at any time.
- Data Retention: Client records are retained only for as long as professionally necessary, and securely deleted thereafter.
- Ongoing Compliance: We regularly review and update our data protection practices to remain fully compliant with UKCP guidelines and UK GDPR.
